After your purchase, you'll receive a questionnaire. Once I've received your completed questionnaire and all the required information, work on your Design Plan begins.

Yes. I work with clients worldwide. As long as online furniture retailers are available in your country, I can create a Design Plan for you.

The information required depends on your chosen Design Package. Please refer to the FAQ on the relevant package page for specific requirements.

After purchasing, you'll receive a questionnaire to submit. In most cases, this includes photos, room measurements, and a floor plan.

Each Design Package includes the design for one room or defined space.

If you have an open-plan space (for example, a combined living and dining space), two Design Packages are required, as these spaces are treated as separate design areas.

Our design packages are intended for residential rooms that do not require renovation or structural alterations. At this time, we do not offer kitchen or bathroom design.

In most cases, Design Plans are completed within 1–4 weeks after I've received all the required information. The estimated delivery time for each service is listed on the relevant package page.

Yes. If you'd like to keep existing furniture or decor, I'll incorporate it into the design.

All project communication is conducted exclusively via email. This approach keeps the process clear, efficient, and organized.

Yes. If you'd like help with multiple rooms or spaces, simply purchase a Design Package for each room. If you're unsure how many you'll need, feel free to get in touch.

Absolutely. Your Design Plan is yours to keep, allowing you to implement the design at your own pace and according to your schedule and budget.

At this time, I only offer the Design Packages available on my website.

Cancellations made within 14 days of purchase, before work has commenced, are eligible for a full refund. To cancel your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible.

Once work has commenced, a partial refund will be issued based on the work completed.

Once your Design Plan has been completed and delivered, the service is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for full details.
